For a restful night sleep: use 1 drop of ECO.aroma lavender in a cold pressed base oil for massage
For colds & congestion: use 1 drop of ECO. aroma eucalyptus in a cold pressed base oil for massage or use in a vaporiser
For a relaxing bathtime: add 1 drop of ECO.aroma lavender and 1 drop of ECO.aroma chamomile to full warm bath, agitate the water to disperse the oils.
