Australia, United States, New Zealand & Canada:
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $50.
Shipping for Australian orders under $50 is charged at actual cost, varying from $7-$12 depending on location.
We use Fastway Couriers, Australia Post and TNT for our shipments. Orders placed before 10am Monday-Friday will be shipped same day, orders placed after 10am will be shipped the next business day. Standard delivery is 1-4 business days once sent. Please note deliveries to WA & NT can take up to 10 business days.
Please note shipping for wholesale orders will be invoiced at cost upon despatch.
United Kingdom & Singapore
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $60.
Shipping for orders under $60 is a flat rate of $25 and delivery is 2-10 business days.
Rest of the world:
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $180.
Shipping for orders under $180 is a flat rate of $35 and delivery is 5-10 business days.
If any issues are faced with your order we will contact you immediately by phone or email, as the customer it is your responsibility to provide accurate and timely information for delivery.
If for any reason your product is faulty or broken please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you with further details to arrange an exchange or return. Customers are liable for any postage return charges unless we deem the goods to be faulty or broken. Unfortunately we cannot receive any claims after 7 days of you receiving your goods. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments
The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
