We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team. As the Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive content and social media strategy, partnership management for brand growth, community engagement and be a key driver for creative marketing campaigns. You will work in the marketing team to build brand awareness and drive engagement across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, increases followers, and generates sales
- Work with the team to develop content themes, brainstorming new ways to leverage content across channels, ensuring consumer and platform trends are at the forefront of your mind
- Develop content strategy in line with Marketing Calendar and brand building objectives. Liaise with third-party agencies to understand & execute paid media advertising content requirements.
- Execute content strategy leveraging internal content studio (take & edit product imagery content including web images and lifestyle images) and engage external photographer for campaign shoots
- Strategise & execute social media graphics & content to align with target audiences and paid media strategies
- Manage influencer outreach and partnership efforts to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website
- Drive the marketing team to contribute to brand building and positioning strategies
- Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to continually improve our social media strategy
- Create reports to track the performance of social media and brand growth efforts
